Please note that furniture products will take approx. 2-4 weeks to deliver subject to advance payment.

3. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Delivery charges for larger items such as furniture, basins, etc. may vary due to factors such as delivery location, availability of transport, etc.

The delivery charges will be communicated and billed to the customer separately for larger items.

From time to time, NAURA may offer promotional free shipping on selected orders or campaigns.

4. Delivery Process

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

For larger or fragile items such as stone basins or heavy décor pieces, customers must ensure that safe access is available at the delivery location (e.g., elevators, building access, clear pathways).

Our delivery team will not be responsible for the installation of the products.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS (where available).

For updates regarding your order, you may contact our support team.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect shipping details
  • recipient unavailability
  • restricted access to the delivery location

the shipment may need to be rescheduled.

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

7. Damaged Deliveries

Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery.

If any product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

Claims reported after this period may not be eligible under our return policy.
