1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Your email must include: Your order number, Clear photographs of the damaged product, Photos of the packaging

Once the damage has been verified by our team, we will arrange either a replacement product or a refund, depending on product availability.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Natural variations in stone color, veining, or texture,
  • Minor surface variations inherent to natural stone,
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Damage caused after delivery

All Naura products are crafted from natural stone, meaning each piece is unique.

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges

If the product you received is damaged upon arrival, we may offer a replacement item subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
